Service and estimates
BuildWise provides free informational calculators. Outputs are estimates based on your inputs and stated assumptions; they are not engineering, architectural, safety, building-code, cost, procurement or professional advice. Verify measurements, product specifications, local requirements and final quantities with qualified professionals before ordering materials or starting work.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use the site for lawful personal or business estimation. Do not interfere with the service, circumvent security, scrape at a scale that impairs it, misrepresent calculator outputs, or use the site unlawfully. BuildWise and its content, design and marks are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws; you may not reproduce them except as allowed by law or with permission.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but provide it as available and may change or discontinue it. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuildWise excludes warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the site. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
Law and disputes
